We are based in a purpose-built family centre, which has ideal accommodation and facilities for children to take part in a range of activities with non-resident parents or other family members and develop positive relationships with them. If you go to rooms and activities, you will be able to see the breadth of the activities we can offer. The Centre is wheel-chair and pushchair friendly.

We open each Saturday

from 10.30am - 1.30pm.

but we can often only offer fortnightly contact because of the demand for places.

We do not charge for our service but we only take families by appointment and by referral. The referral process will tell you how you can access our Centre. We only offer supported contact suitable for families where no significant risk to the child or to others has been identified. We don't supervise individual contacts. We don't take sides or make judgments and we don't provide reports other than attendance records to solicitors, the courts or other parties, unless we have health, safety or welfare concerns.

The Centre, which is a charity (Registered Charity No. 1057671), is funded by grants and donations. It is a fully accredited member of the National Association of Child Contact Centres.
